Biography
Dr. Kang has been a board certified pediatrician since 2019. She completed her Army service while working for several years as a pediatrician for children in military families at Walter Reed in Bethesda, Maryland. Previously, she served as the Chief of Pediatric services at Ft. Campbell, KY. Dr. Kang completed her residency in Pediatrics at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA and graduated from medical school from New York Medical College. After college, she worked as a counselor at an eating disorder clinic for adolescents. She completed her undergraduate training at UCLA. Dr. Kang was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She lives in Maryland with her husband (who is also a Pediatrician), daughter, and her dog.
